I have reported this practice toconsumer Direct and will be raising a complaint with the FSA, Office of FairTrading and Trading Standards.

I don't know anything about them, but it seems to me that like some other firms they are not a Finance company per se, but brokers. All applications are accepted. They take a fee upfront and then try to find someone who will finance the loan, usually at high rates of interest and with a guarantor who has to provide evidence of his financial status.
