Oct 14, 2011 · And yes, unfortunately, a lot of the CO's in the CA DOC are corrupt and steal from the prisoners, but at that point, without proof that something happened to it, there's nothing that Access can do. They would need for the correctional facility to send in paperwork or call in to the call center to get the package resent at no cost to you.
