Jul 31, 2019 · Unlike the various Author Solutions imprints, Writer Beware never received any complaints about Dog Ear, which appears to have been reasonably trouble-free for most of its existence. Not so now. I first became aware of problems at Dog Ear in March of this year, via a Watchdog Report from the Alliance of Independent Authors' John Doppler.

They appear to be a great publishing company from the cover but inside there are fraudulent practices. I was victim of the fraudulent practices and thought I should write to warn others. I published a book with Outskirts Press in 2009.
