Jun 12, 2017 · Have a dedicated person(s) for Epicor issues, have more server hardware than you need, budget for consultants, spend a lot of time by ALL departments working through the implementation, work with the software and not against it. It'll be alright and mostly get the job done. Is it great software for the cost? Absolutely not.

Mar 30, 2012 · We use Epicor Vantage and are at version 8.03.409C. The system was implemented about 6 years ago before I came to the company. Though I am not the ERP system guru, I sometimes find myself having to call support, and I have always felt they are willing to help.
