11 December Back home. Email from Eurostar Customer Care confirming my Eurostar tickets (for some reason) and a tiny bit of text at the bottom saying they had refunded me £168 on 11/12/20 BUT THEY HADN’T AND DIDN’T. 23rd December an email from Eurostar Customer Care saying I’d be refunded £27 for the delayed outward journey, which they did.
