TIAA Bank purchased by Mortgage from Cornerstone this year. TIAA is now attempting to force an escrow on to my morgage and pay for a homeowners insurance policy that doesn't even exist. They are demanding $835 plus a $535 buffer in an escrow account they created themselves and will not show me any insurance policy.
