The call out was £180 but E&L would only pay £15 towards my costs The total cost was £410 worth every penny for my dog not to suffer . But for E&L I would not touch them with a barge pole . I would rather put £20 a month into a bank account towards my pet Insurance and save it myself.

Unfortunately this is the only place where I can air my views on E&L without breaking the laws on insurance. Vets used to be able to tell people about their experiences with various companies but this changed on 15th January 2006 and it is no longer possible.
