Bought a Gehan home in Buda, TX. Structurally, the home is sound; however, I hate that they took shortcuts when it came to other things with the home. For instance, the exterior paint they used is very cheap. After a year, I saw significant discoloration and streaking with the paint. Jun 22, 2003 · Gehan Homes in Texas is a bad company to do business with. I bought my home years ago but I still have the reminders of the SOB's who lied and cheated me. First of all, they are listed in the BBB with unresolved complaints which should suprise no one who does business with them.
