A Nextel customer rep. began telling me that if my credit wasn't so bad I wouldn't be having this problem. The issue wasn't my credit. The issue is Nextel failing to tell me that I would have to pay another $100. in security deposits to get the second phone activated. Nextel should and said that thay would, send my deposit and my month in advance money. at Nextel you have to pay your bill in advance and give a deposit. I called Nextel 1 time after 11/19/00 because the phone service was still on my workers phone and he could not start his new service on that phone.
