More importantly, FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE COMPANY! GE Money Bank already has quite a few complaints against them with the BBB, although, the BBB states most were resolved.

Oh my god - I never realized there are so many complaints against GE money bank for the same thing. They "sent" my statements to my old address (I had moved 3 years prior) and then all of a sudden my bill was outrageous. Complaint / review text: I used care credit for my dental work. I had 12 months of time to pay without interest. My payment was due 5/4/10. I was enrolled in auto pay & on 4/27/10, I changed the amount on the website which was previously for the full balance, over $2000, to $185 which in 12 months would about bring my balance to zero.
