This nursing home is based in Waco Texas and I reside in Pennsylvania. I got a bill from Grande today for $152.69, which included a $120.00 charge for them NOT picking up their equipment as the supervisor promised. I am awaiting a phone call from another supervisor, and this has been my 10th phone call to Grande since March 23rd, 2018.
