May 27, 2011 · An email was sent to this customer which stated that his estimate was approved, attached was an approval letter indicating the approved amount without taxes. The email had also stated that Mack Camera & Video Service was not responsible for any shipping fees or taxes. On 3/4/2011 the customer provided the paid invoice for reimbursement.
