Menards in Ann Arbor is being run by 25 years old, lazy GM'S and Assistants. They favor young people have allowed dating and pregnancies amongst employee's, this is against policies. Your suppose to get written warnings, then time off then and either demoted or fired. Some can have 20+ points against them, still working.
