All business will get complaints. How those businesses take care of those complaints is what separates good businesses from the rest.

Olshan Foundation installed numerous piers under our home's foundation. Recently (three weeks ago), one of these piers failed, dropping the front gable of our brick home more than an inch. The result is shattered brick & mortar, carcks in drywall, separations in interior trim and sticking doors

Olshan Foundaton did send all repair information to an engineer, at our cost, so a permit could be pulled. There was a delay getting that information back from the engineer to submit to the city.

This is actually a review for Olshan Plumbing, which part of Olshan Foundation Repair but is not listed on Yelp. Home Depot uses Same Day Water Heater company to do its hot water heater installations, and they subbed the job out to Olshan. I'm sad about this. I used to be a Home Depot girl through and through.
