Worst retention strategy. I am so disappointed of Ooma. The moment you want to cancel your service they make it impossible. You have to call a number that noone answers, they try to convince you to sell your equipment over the internet to retain you and eventhough you have no lines active they try to bill you for a service you don't have anymore.

When I got my Credit card statement, it showed a billing for TWO Units.
