I am not satisfied and want to progress the issue further. Just to be clear the vet in question is NOT a PDSA vet, but a vet from a service that covers your branch out of hours. Because the only complaints procedure you make avaliable is regarding fundraising I felt I had no option but to raise it here.

PDSA did not contact me to discuss or query any elements of the claim and PDSA did not provide any information for their complaints process or the financial ombudsman process (which insurers should do). I will be filing a complaint against this claim refusal decision to the ombudsman. I would STRONGLY recommend against using this company.
