I see all kinds and types of complaints against this company. From my experience they are a terrible security company. Devcon purchased a security company called Pinnacle, that was based in Oregon, this past Spring. For 3 years I had service with Pinnacle Security. They werent that great - sometimes the alarm went off when I didnt set it, etc.
