I called Priceline to find out how I get reimbursed - the Customer Service Rep told me there was nothing they could do as the airline had cancelled the reservation. Priceline rep also told me they could not even reimburse my original flight. So basically Priceline is a SCAM. They get you out of country where you are helpless, then take your money.

I have already filed a complaint with the BBB, and may look at the FTC and my State Attorney General as there are thousands of complaints against Priceline on the internet. I will also be contacting the CEO of the company directly.
