I do feel there are many aspects that constitute a Lawsuit against Publish America aka America Star books, though I do feel that more information needs to be gathered in order to shut down their operation.

Jan 10, 2009 · Today, I did something that I had not yet done. I paid a visit to Publish America's web site, and now, I can say with all honesty, that I am genuinely angry. Their web site is nothing more than endless pages of self-promotion. There is absolutely nothing on the site that would be of any use to authors already signed with Publish America.
