If you have a problem, file your complaint with your credit card company. They WILL investigate and if PA is found to be at fault, they can be fined by the credit card company. If enough complaints of a similar nature are filed against them, PA could lose its vendor status with the credit card company.

In most instances, many of you may believe that your case against them is merely a civil matter to be, settled in a lawsuit. However, you should know that if have receipts from any book sells and yet, PublishAmerica sent you a statement clearly showing no sales, this is a Federal offense. Falsifying documentation is a criminal offence.

To end my contract with Publish America, I felt that I had no other choice than to take them up on their on-line offer to purchase my publilshing contract from them in the amount of $151.99 , August 3, 2013.
