In early June, I had Roto Rooter come out to rod my sewer line because it had backup up in my basement. The problem was due to tree roots, which were on the city's property (past my fence toward to the street), were growing into my pipe line and causing backups.

Jan 08, 2018 · I called Roto Rooter to handle a simple kitchen sink clog. They worked through the bottom of my kitchen sink area and snaked 20 feet to the drain in my basement. After about 20 minutes, the Tech called for backup to snake out my problem. The backup came and continued to snake.
