May 14, 2013 · This is the worst mortgage company you can ever deal with. Our loan was transferred to Roundpoint also and they are the worst company to get ahold of! They put their phone number on their website and state they are open until 8:00 pm and I call way before closing hours and cannot get ahold of anyone. What a shame.
