If you do a search on their website, you can see there are many regions that do not sell online yet. Goodwill stores and Shopgoodwill ARE separate in the fact that Shopgoodwill is simply a online auction venue in the manner that Ebay is.

I've been purchasing items from the Shopgoodwill.com online auction for some time now. For the past several months I've noticed that items would be bid up so high right before the auction ended.

Don't get caught up in the bidding wars. ALWAYS ALWAYS double check the same item against ebay or other internet sites to make sure you are actually getting a good deal. Often times I found that shopgoodwill end price actually ends up higher then anywhere else online. Now since this is voluntary bidding I do not fault shopgoodwill for this one bit.
