We have used Viator for years and never had a problem before. Really disappointed. We did get a partial credit from Viator and appreciate it. As I said before the driver was really good It was too bad that we were in such a small car. Viator is a reputable company and we have used them many times. Thank you. We will use them again.

Hi checked on google and their problem solving and performance is down to nil. I think they are no longer operating although I do receive emails from them in regards to payments but to contact hem in regards to a blocked account is a total nightmare. all I am received are automated replies to an issue that has absolutely nothing to do with how to unblock my account.
