Why would you use a third party site that charges an extra percentage on the price in the first place. Webjet is useful for doing comparisons of multiple carriers but then most people (incl myself) head over to the airlines own site to do the booking.. Had you done this you would have been dealing with Virgin direct.

Interesting comments. I had never considered the issue, as I have only used webjet.com.au ever, and that was to book domestic flights within OZ a couple of years back. I have found that I can use USA domiciled websites from my netbook from home that I cannot access for my desktop PC where the website keeps switched to the UK domiciled equivalents, so I guess it's the same issue.
