Feb 12, 2012 · Comwave Fraudulent Charges. I had their long distance service for about a year, they have raised the per minute charges for the countries i generally call, when I call to cancel my account they have charged my extra $50 plus tax early cancellation fee, which was never disclosed at the time of sign up and cancellation, I called and got no response from 3 different asociates and rude managers.

I live in apartment building in Ottawa and took bundle of internet, TV and phone form Comwave. It never worked. TV and internet were constantly interrupted for up to 30 minutes. After multiple support calls and more than 7 hours on support calls they never fixed problems.

PS: the one review that gives Comwave 5 stars looks like one of those reviews that are BOUGHT and paid for. If you don't believe me - check out the other reviews that guy has written: almost all of them are 5 stars and have a similar format and look like cheap, quick generic fake flattery for places that BUY fake reviews to prop up their business.1.5/5(77)

Jun 14, 2019 · I keep seeing Comwave advertise a pretty sweet deal on TV. My Bell service is coming to an end in August, and if they can't offer me something close to the deal I am getting now, I would like to find something else. Comwave has a bundle for 75/4 unlimited Internet, "Gold" TV service with PVR and all that, and home phone for $99.99/month.

The fine was handed because Comwave was found, it had not disclosed properly their fees and limitations of their Internet and Home Phone services. We then reached out to Visa and they advised us that they have received similar complaints from several Comwave users and we should consider cancelling the card for our peace of mind, which we did. The billing continued however, and now according to Comwave I owe them $844.66.
