The State of Connecticut, and I understand Maine, has sued Home Depot and Lowes for practices involving non-disclosure of payment practices. I know I have been ripped off by them, and I advise no one to get a Home Depot credit card.

Nov 10, 2007 · I refused to pay $4000. in fraudulent charges that Home Depot Credit Card Services billed me. The company never reported me as delinquent to the credit reporting agencies. In other words, they never touched my credit rating. Home Depot was accused of "fraud" by the Connecticut Attorney General.
