I have only two complaints: 1. Hot water - we timed it - from the time we turned on the taps or showers in the lovely bathrooms - it takes 10 minutes to get warm water. In a germy environment where you are encouraged to wash and disinfect your hands constantly, wouldn't it be easier/faster if, particularly the staff, could access hot water.4/5(7)
