I'm writing this review only t let other people know how much Kohls values it's customers. I am not a fan of online shopping but since I'm legally blind and can not drive a car. I thought it was easier this way. In conclussion. I will no longer shop at Kohls in any way, shape, or form, an can not recomend them at all.

Jul 11, 2017 · I am not sure what kohls you shop at, but the kohls where I live absolutely will not give you a merchandise credit. They give you kohls cash back in the form of kohls cash that is BLUE and not Green and it is valid for 30 days only. I contact corporate a lot (directly to the president) because I have lots of issues with them and their policies.

I'm so thankful Kohl's partnered up with Amazon in order to become a convenient place to return your online purchases.
