I need to calculate the complaints per million units sold and cannot for the life on me remember the calculation. e.g. if we sold 15 Million units and recieved 49 complaints what is the compaint per 1 millions units sold?? Any ideas on the formula ??(sorry if this is in the incorrect area ) Andy
