Jun 04, 2017 · I wish lodging a complaint with sbi was as easy as you have listed. In the category of complaints there is no space for complaints against activating a new debit card. Unless your debit is activated their services do not recognize the debit card no and the entire transaction is declared invalid.

Mar 08, 2019 · On 19 th August morning around 11am, I got successive SMS from SBI card for 4 transactions of AUD 180, 180, 70 & 70. A fifth SMS from SBI stating that credit card has been blocked due to suspected activity. I immediately called SBI customer care and reported these transactions as fraud and disputed them.
