Victoria Plum do not have efficient systems and apparently no means of communicating between delivery and customer service teams, leading to disappointment, wasted time and money. Someone from the delivery company called me how sounded about 12 years old and asked me if Friday was fine and said they would send me details. I received no other information after. I called Victoria plumbing of which it said their lines were closed even though it was before 6pm.4.5/5

We've used both Bathstore and Victoria Plumb before. The VP stuff wasn't the best quality, but it was basically fine. There was a nick in the chrome on a tap and I asked for a replacement - sent one out without asking for the old one back, so now we have a spare that I will eBay when I get round to it.

Feb 01, 2012 · I'm having to complain here because Victoria Plumb have not responded to any of my complaints. I purchased some bathroom furniture and we got a txt the day before it was due to be delivered saying that it would arrive between 0700 and 1053.
