Pros. Very reliable. Primus is very good . If you have a problem it is not there fault . Most of the time the problems happen when a Bell tech guy tells you something you are not expecting ( install new line) which in fact you don't need in 99% of the cases ( this depends on how fast you want your internet).2/5

Did Primus absorb Wintel or was this a scam to begin with done through Costco? Shouldn't Wintel's agreement with me carry on into Primus? I didn't agree to be serviced by Primus, they just took over and started sending bills which I have always paid on time.
