Jul 29, 2014 · Connells Survey & Valuation Limited are Chartered Surveyors and are therefore regulated by the RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors). The RICS define the scope of a HomeBuyer Report - and I don't think they would describe it as an 'economy' product, and I don't think they would agree that it doesn't have to be completely accurate.
