Jan 09, 2013 · I am in my third year at a Connor Group property (two different properties with numerous property managers at each), and I have never been reminded to make a rent payment, whether the 1st is a holiday or falls on a Sunday (which has clearly happened a number of times in 3 years). In fact, I have never received notification regarding holiday hours or closings.
