In 2016, the service totally revamped the web-based platform and channel delivery of Direct PCTV and IPCTV. Things have greatly improved. I would say ignore past complaints before 2016 and look at the new version today. I am happy with what I've seen so far when watching live TV, local TV, global TV, sports TV, VOD and TV Shows.
