Full disclosure: I've been a TD Bank customer since they bought my original bank around 15 years ago. The ONLY REASON that I stay with them is the staff at my local branch which is in Rowley, MA, USA. They are the most customer-oriented banking staff I have ever dealt with.

And this is what td bank charge me $15.00 i was told by the bank rep that it was $4.00 if you dont maintain a $100. bal i said well it was more than half of what chase is charging and only $100. to maintain.

After a visit to a branch and a phone call was informed that TD Bank now charges a 5.00 per check cashed fee for all checks cashed whether they be personal checks or payroll checks drawn on their bank if you are not a TD bank customer.
