Jun 11, 2007 · Tracfone customer service is the worst. They are rude and and not at all helpful. The promo codes never work anymore. Three out of the last four were no good. And I always get a message to call customer service, but it does no damn good. I get the runaround and nothing gets done and I get screwed out of minutes which I'm getting sick and tired of.
