Other customers were having similar problems with the staff. Thank you for your suggestion. Alas, I have already been in contact with customer complaints. Was a long, slow, sloth like reply time by Europcar during several email exchanges, where my wife and I provided photographs and our thoughts on the matter. We tried, both feel our opinions weren’t heard, and were told that we were wrong.
