Second engineer visit needed. I don't know if my previous Trustpilot post (Dec 25th) prompted Corgi to look into my problem, but over the weekend I got a call from Worcester Bosch asking if they could send an engineer on Mon 30th Dec, rather than 6th Jan, thus cutting a week off their previously appointed time to replace the heat exchanger.

Jul 20, 2013 · had cover with corgi for annual service, when engineer came round was here for 15 mins and I said that was not a service. phoned corgi to query this and was told that service was check the condensate trap and gas safety check, needless to say have cancelled cover and gone to the local firm who installed boiler.

I too had a good service from corgi for the annual maintenance check however I can't say the same when I asked for help with s faulty boiler, the engineer arrived 4 days after the fault was reported despite numerous promises my complaint would be brought to the attention of a supervisor and help would be with me within a couple of hours.

Boiler needed attention and the engineer came the next day. However we had a medical emergency at home so were at the hospital when he arrived. I rang him later to explain. Rang Corgi HomePlan also to explain and was assured an engineer would be with us asap. The engineers turned up next morning st 9am and carried out the work efficiently.
