Nov 15, 2008 · Correctional Billing Services is requesting $8 charge plus money upfront in order to receive phone calls from family members that are incarcerated. This is an outrage! The correctional facilities are making money off families that are already in a financial mess. Inmates should be allowed to use calling cards that their families send them.
