I've tried lowes for various things, but never used them - quotes were too high compared to directly working with the installers/fabricators (countertops, cabinets, plumbing, etc).

The company sent a rep. To come and test the carpet for defects, you guessed it was was a defective carpet. Carolina furniture told me to purchase a better grade I did all together the carpet cast me over $3000 dollars.
