I have no doubt Countrywide Conveyancing Services will say I am not a customer of their’s as they have stated in previous critical reviews. I WAS a customer in April 2012 when I bought my new house from Bellway homes. Despite my purchasing a brand new house in a part exchange deal it still took over 5 months to complete.

We had seen reviews saying how slow Countrywide are, and I can only agree that we have been waiting since 30 March for them to respond to our solicitors letters. Brilliant experience with Countrywide. Brilliant experience with Countrywide. I sold my house through Taylor’s and the communication between those 2 was excellent. I was informed of all developments and were easy to talk to. Moving house is an expensive process so the price for quality does dent the bank balance. Worth it though.

The only positive I can say is that Simon Healy as a solicitor is very efficient and it's a shame he works for Countrywide as, if he was independent, I would use him again. I would say that it is cheaper to go to a local independent and you will get better service. Don't go with Countrywide Conveyancing Services.
