CPO Outlets Sold Me Garbage, Litterally. I had recently purchased a new Quipall 5250 DF generator from CPO Outlets at full price, yet what was sent to me was a very used, dirty, scratched up/bent and broken piece of garbage. They denied me a refund or even an exchange. Amazon, thank god, gave me a full refund against CPO's wishes.
