This is a big agency, recruiting more au pairs than their competitors, and there is bound to be more problems just in terms of vast numbers. When our au pair had potential visa problems, Cultural Care Au Pair went out of its way to engage with the American Embassy in Thailand and resolved the problem. The monthly au pair gatherings provide community and support for our au pair and they facilitate that community building program well.

Cultural Care is a great program. Personally I think they are a bit too expensive. The LCC’s and host families are friends and then when the au pair has a problem she has no support. The office in my home country, South Africa, are really helpfull. Also the Boston Office is super nice and helpful. I haven’t had any problems.4.1/5(235)
