Even if you try to just drop one day for the reservation, Skoosh does a new search, forces you to cancel and replace your original booking, and they charge you double the original price.

Skoosh found us an alternative hotel, however this was not a spa hotel that we had hoped to stay at. Skoosh suggested we would receive some compensation, this has now been declined after a month of emails. Although Skoosh have kept in touch I would not book with them again.3/5(2)
