awful, they are not ready on the ground in Havana. Met in airport arrivals, but no car or driver. After 30 minutes, put into a dirty taxi, no assistance with baggage, sped through the city at speeds over 100 km/hr. Would have been easier and a lot less expensive to walk out and take a taxi at the stand.
