Davis Vision was a nice place to work until they were sold to private equity firm, then the caring of their employees went out the window. CEO walks comes in from back east once a month, walks around on the floor but doesn't stop to say hello, or see if everything is working good, or ask if any of the departments might need anything to make their job better.3.2/5(158)

The lag between eye exams has increased over the time. Davis Vision Inc. counts 365 days before allowing for a new eye exam and the same for eye glasses.

Ever since Davis vision got bought out by the owner of pf cheng. Things went down hill. It was used to be "quality over quantity" but now it's "quanity over quality". You have super visiors that micromanage their associates. And getting time off is a joke. It's impossible to use your 5 personal days during the year and vacation when you want to.4/5(15)
