Nov 10, 2009 · Anyone else scammed by Dazzle Smile? DO NOT order from them. They will charge you $80+ after the free trial if you do not ship it back. It is not stated anywhere. Today they charged me another $25 for Elite pack something else they said I signed up for which I did not. They would not issue a refund and very rude.

Dazzle Smile gave me a refund or unauthorized charges but Smile Brite will not. I did exactly as the instructions said to do and they said I was 5 days late returning. They are keeping the new/unused product and keeping my $92.37. It is horrible what they are doing. Everyone needs to file complaints against this company to stop this.
