Respira is flawed and the customer service at Geox is awful. The customer service was awful. My Geox Respira boots were extremely uncomfortable, a trait that is unforgivable in a rather unpretty shoe. The Respira technology is quite a failure because the holes in the sole that are meant to make the shoe breathable actually blow cold air in.

My husband never brings home sales slips, no matter what he buys. He loves GEOX and gifted me the beautiful metallic boots. GEOX replied to one of the complaint sites 5-6 years ago that told they never responded to please for help. GEOX replied that they never received the complaints.
